We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about driving performance, developing people, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and delivery.
The Production Team Leader will:
- Lead, motivate and develop production teams to achieve productivity, quality and delivery targets.
- Ensure production plans and schedules are achieved in line with customer requirements.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping across the manufacturing environment.
- Monitor and improve quality performance, investigating issues and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage attendance, performance, training and employee development activities.
- Communicate key business objectives and KPI performance to production teams.
The Production Team Leader will have:
- Previous experience in a Team Leader, Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience working within a fast-paced production environment.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance and drive improvements.
