We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about driving performance, developing people, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and delivery.

The Production Team Leader will:

  • Lead, motivate and develop production teams to achieve productivity, quality and delivery targets.
  • Ensure production plans and schedules are achieved in line with customer requirements.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping across the manufacturing environment.
  • Monitor and improve quality performance, investigating issues and implementing corrective actions where required.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Manage attendance, performance, training and employee development activities.
  • Communicate key business objectives and KPI performance to production teams.

The Production Team Leader will have:

  • Previous experience in a Team Leader, Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced production environment.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse performance and drive improvements.
