A well-established property services provider is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support residential properties across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified domestic electrician looking for consistent work, strong earning potential and long-term career security within a supportive and professional team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and fully operational, delivering electrical maintenance, testing and installation work across social housing properties.
As an Electrical Engineer you will:
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations and maintenance within residential properties
- Complete EICRs, remedial works, system upgrades and fault finding
- Ensure all work is compliant with BS 7671 and current electrical safety regulations
- Provide a professional, customer-focused service when working in residents’ homes
- Maintain accurate job records, certification and reports
- Follow all health & safety procedures and safe working practices
A suitable Electrical Engineer will have:
- City & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification
- AM2 qualification
- Experience in domestic electrical maintenance, repairs or EICR testing
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance and safety standards
- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- A professional and customer-focused approach
