Door Access Control Supervisor to support the delivery of installation, servicing, and maintenance work across a growing engineering team.

Door Access Control Supervisor will
- Supervise and support engineers carrying out installation, servicing, and maintenance of door entry and access control systems.
- Lead fault‑finding and diagnostic activities, ensuring timely and effective resolutions
- Oversee the delivery of both new installation projects and reactive maintenance contracts.
- Ensure work is completed to current industry standards, including system upgrades and commissioning.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service to clients, residents, and site stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate job reports, documentation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- The
Door Access Control Supervisor will have
- Proven experience working with intercom and door entry systems (ideally including ENTROTEC)
- Strong knowledge of access control systems (ideally including INTRATONE, PAC, and ENSIGN)
- Excellent fault‑finding, diagnostic, and technical problem‑solving skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- The ability to work independently while also supporting and guiding a wider engineering team.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements within building safety and security systems.
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.
