A pioneering leader in the global energy storage market is seeking a commercially astute and forward-thinking Head of Sales to drive our growth strategy and lead commercial expansion across key regions. This is a high-impact role where you will shape our go-to-market approach, forge influential partnerships, and champion our position as a trusted partner in energy storage innovation.
What you will be doing:
- Unlocking opportunities: Use your industry network to open doors, initiate high-value conversations, and drive commercial traction.
- Driving strategy: Design and implement go-to-market plans tailored to regional and sector-specific priorities.
- Owning the sales cycle: Lead the full sales process from pipeline development to negotiation and closing complex deals.
- Championing the brand: Represent the company at leading industry events and forums, elevating our brand and strengthening strategic relationships.
- Partnering with clients: Act as the commercial face of the business, delivering insight-led proposals and bespoke energy storage solutions.
What we are looking for:
- A strong network of senior contacts within Energy Storage, EV Charging, Solar, or related energy sectors in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders with credibility and impact.
- A foundational understanding of battery systems, energy storage technologies, and the difference between energy generation and storage.
- A proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships (7+ years) within relevant sectors.
- Success in consultative, relationship-driven sales with experience in structuring complex, high-value deals.
