The Head of Battery Cell Production will:
- Lead all aspects of battery cell production, including cell filling, formation, and final packaging.
- Scale manufacturing operations to achieve and exceed high‑volume throughput targets.
- Design, implement, and optimise safe, efficient, and repeatable production processes.
- Establish robust process controls, SOPs, and quality systems to support consistent production.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve yield, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing production team.
- Oversee equipment selection, commissioning, and maintenance strategies for production lines.
