This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious Technical Trainer to join a fast‑growth electronics training organisation delivering high‑quality IPC training across the UK. You’ll use your hands‑on expertise in PCB assembly, wiring, soldering, and rework/repair to train and mentor engineers of all levels, and you’ll play a central role in shaping future industry talent.

The Technical Trainer will:

  • Deliver high‑quality, engaging training in PCB and wiring assembly, hand soldering, and rework/repair in alignment with IPC standards.
  • Train, mentor, and coach individuals and groups with varying levels of technical experience.
  • Confidently deliver structured training sessions on client sites and within dedicated training facilities.
  • Act as a technical authority, supporting customers with best practice, quality improvements, and process optimisation.
  • Develop, refine, and enhance training materials, hands‑on kits, and course content.
  • Represent the organisation professionally across the UK, supporting its continued growth and reputation.

The Technical Trainer will have:

  • Strong hands‑on experience in PCB assembly, wiring, soldering, rework, and repair.
  • Previous experience training, mentoring, or coaching others in a formal or informal capacity.
  • Ability to present to groups and deliver structured, practical training sessions.
  • Experience within production‑line, electronics manufacturing, or repair environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of taking responsibility and thriving in trusted, visible roles.
  • One or more essential IPC certifications, such as: IPC‑A‑610; IPC‑A‑620; IPC J‑STD‑001; IPC‑7711/7721.
