We are seeking a hands-on Electronics Technician to support the build, test and fault-finding of advanced low-volume vehicles. Working within a fast-paced prototype and development environment, you will be involved in electronics assembly, diagnostics, soldering, and wiring loom creation and repair.

The Electronics Technician will:

  • Assemble electronic sub-systems to engineering drawings, schematics and CAD-based assembly documentation
  • Carry out precision soldering at PCB and loom level in line with IPC standards
  • Build, modify and repair LV and HV wiring looms for prototype vehicle development
  • Perform diagnostics and fault-finding using multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators and power supplies
  • Support vehicle integration activities, including electrical installation, routing and connector setting-in
  • Assist with root cause analysis and resolution of electrical and electronics issues

The Electronics Technician will have:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (IMI or City)
