We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Electrical Engineer to join a small, fast‑growth team working at the forefront of the UK’s net‑zero energy transition. This role offers the chance to work hands‑on with innovative Solar PV, EV Charging, and Battery Energy Storage technologies, contributing to the safe, compliant, and efficient build of our next‑generation charging hubs.

The Electrical Engineer will:

  • Install, test, and commission electrical infrastructure across Solar PV, EVCP, BESS and associated systems.
  • Interpret electrical schematics and drawings to ensure accurate, compliant assembly.
  • Carry out fault‑finding, rectification, and system testing to meet regulatory and customer standards.
  • Maintain build documentation, quality checks, and installation records.
  • Contribute to technical development, supporting improvements to engineering processes and system design.
  • Assist with on‑site installation and O&M activities where required.

The Electrical Engineer will have:

  • Electrical experience within commercial or industrial environments.
  • BS7671 18th Edition qualified (including Inspection & Testing) plus AM2E.
  • Experience with Commercial Solar PV, EV charge points, Ethernet/Modbus communication systems.
  • Strong assembly, testing, and troubleshooting skills within electrical systems.
  • Highly professional, ethical, and committed to delivering work to the highest standards.
  • Exceptionally organised with proven system‑build and testing experience.
