We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to ensure that all manufactured products and services meet customer expectations, internal quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements. You will work closely with production teams, suppliers and customers to uphold high-quality standards and ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System.
The Quality Control Inspector will:
- Raise and manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs), concessions and certification documentation.
- Support investigations into quality concerns and warranty claims using root‑cause analysis techniques.
- Drive corrective and preventative actions as part of ongoing improvement activities.
- Maintain effectiveness of the Quality Management System, including calibration and compliance controls.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and inspectors to ensure all quality requirements are met.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate inspections with customers and third‑party inspectors.
The Quality Control Inspector will have:
- CSWIP 3.1 preferred (CSWIP 3.0 considered), and PCN Level II in MPI/DPI or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards such as ASME.
- Experience working with suppliers and customers on quality-related topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant quality reporting tools.
