We’re looking for an ambitious Project Lead to lead a portfolio of technical projects within a fast-moving, collaborative engineering environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their project management journey who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and work with experienced specialists across engineering, manufacturing and product development.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering multiple engineering and R&D projects from initial planning through to final delivery. That means coordinating technical teams, managing schedules and resources, monitoring risks, and keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll act as the central point of contact, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams. Expect a mix of planning, hands‑on delivery, problem‑solving, team leadership, and day‑to‑day decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build detailed delivery plans and schedules for multiple technical projects
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and commercial
- Lead Agile/Scrum‑style project meetings to maintain momentum
- Track progress and provide regular updates and reports
- Identify and manage project risks, resolving issues before they escalate
