We are looking for a

Lead Process Engineer - Electrode to guide a team responsible for process development, technology trials, and scale‑up across the full electrode manufacturing workflow.

You will guide a small team, introduce new materials and chemistries, and drive robust industrialisation of next‑generation electrode processes.

Lead Process Engineer - Electrode will

  • Lead and develop a team of electrode process engineers across Mixing, Coating, Calendering, and Slitting.
  • Develop, optimise, and validate electrode manufacturing processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive NPI activities, including trials, experiments, and feasibility studies for new materials and chemistries.
  • Own technical documentation including PFMEAs, control plans, specifications, and process flows.
  • Lead structured root cause analysis and resolve complex electrode performance or equipment issues.
  • Manage CAPEX activities including equipment specification, installation, and commissioning.

Lead Process Engineer - Electrode will have

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Proven leadership experience in process development or industrialisation.
  • Strong understanding of electrode manufacturing processes and high‑speed production equipment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex process data.
  • Strong knowledge of automation, mechanical, and control systems.
  • Solid understanding of HSE and quality systems in advanced manufacturing.
