A pioneer organisation in battery cell research and battery technology development is currently looking for a HR Generalist to join their team! The successful candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and act as a key point of contact across the business.
The HR Generalist will:
- Act as the point of contact for employees and managers.
- Update key HR metrics, employee records and HR trackers.
- Prepare contract variation letters and support GDPR compliance.
- Raise purchase requisitions and produce HR reports.
- Raise authority to recruit requests, advertise vacancies and support interviews.
- Review and draft job descriptions.
- Coordinate onboarding, employment offers and probation processes.
- Consolidate payroll input data and update benefit providers.
- Support formal processes including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
- Assist the MD with diary management, travel coordination, expenses and Board liaison.
- Arrange visitors and support monthly security meetings.
The HR Generalist will have:
- A degree or CIPD qualification.
- Previous experience working in an HR function.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong MS Office and Outlook abilities.
- A proactive, organised approach with strong problem-solving skills.
