Area Sales Manager , you will take full ownership of your area, combining commercial insight, relationship management, and hand-on sales activity to increase market penetration and deliver sustainable results.

Area Sales Manager will

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for turnover and margin within the assigned area.
  • Expand market penetration within the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) by identifying new customers and developing new sales channels.
  • Analyse sales performance and share KPIs with dealers and customers, including sell-in, sell-out, stock management, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Coach and support dealer aftermarket sales teams through structured visit plans, regular calls, and monthly performance meetings.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to management, identifying risks and opportunities, and proposing corrective actions.

  • A degree in Engineering, Economics, or an equivalent commercial or technical discipline.
  • Solid knowledge of powertrain products and their application within aftermarket environments.
  • Proven experience in an area sales or key account role, ideally within aftermarket, automotive, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and contract-management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience working with financial topics such as forecasting, margin management, and credit risk awareness.
