A global engineering and manufacturing business operating across commercial vehicles, off-highway and industrial sectors is looking for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of a regional aftermarket business, driving parts and service growth through dealer networks and independent channels. This is a highly commercial, field-based role with real autonomy — ideal for someone already working in aftermarket sales who wants more ownership and impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning aftermarket performance across the UK & Ireland (revenue, margin, growth)
- Driving sell-in / sell-out performance across dealer networks
- Developing the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) channel and identifying new business opportunities
- Managing commercial agreements and leading customer negotiations
- Analysing KPIs including stock levels, margins, and product performance
- Running regular performance reviews and business calls with dealers
- Supporting and coaching dealer parts and sales teams to improve results
- Building and executing regional sales and marketing plans
- Providing accurate forecasts and identifying risks and opportunities
