This is a requirement for a Paint Process & Development Engineer. This role will act as the in‑house paint specialist, leading paint development activities, supporting new product design, managing supplier performance, and driving quality improvements.
The Paint Development Engineer requirements:
- Proven experience in paint processes, ideally from a paint plant, automotive environment, or paint supplier development role.
- Strong manufacturing background with experience working closely with suppliers.
