We are seeking a hands-on and production-focused Quality Engineer to support the control, assurance, and continuous improvement of product and process quality across a high-volume automotive electronics manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical capability, excellent problem-solving skills, and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders in order to drive quality improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
The Quality Engineer will:
- Provide daily hands-on quality support to production, including immediate containment actions and structured problem solving.
- Lead cross-functional quality issue resolution with Customers, Suppliers, and Operations teams.
The Quality Engineer will have:
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in an automotive manufacturing environment in a Quality Engineering role.
- Strong working knowledge of 8D, root cause analysis, and structured containment methods.
- Experience auditing Automotive Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949, VDA 6.1).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and measurement data.
