About the Role
As a Goods Inwards Technician, you’ll be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and processing all incoming goods, ensuring that materials meet our technical and quality requirements. Working within an electronics controlled environment, you will help maintain accurate stock records and support the smooth flow of components into production.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and supplier documentation.
- Inspect electronic components and assemblies for damage, discrepancies, and specification compliance.
- Record goods received into the ERP/MRP system, maintaining traceability and accurate stock data.
- Verify certificates such as documentation and test reports.
- Quarantine and report any non-conforming materials.
- Handle and store electronic components safely.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams to resolve any issues.
- Support stock checks, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
