This role focuses on providing legal support across corporate, construction and infrastructure projects within a global environment. The Interim Legal Consultant will work closely with business and project teams, supporting contractual, regulatory and compliance activities while ensuring legal risks are managed effectively across project delivery.

The Legal Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including construction, EPC and procurement agreements.
  • Supporting licensing activities, approvals and regulatory requirements for construction projects.
  • Working with business teams to liaise with authorities on planning permissions and building approvals.
  • Managing legal aspects of real estate matters, including documentation and due diligence.
  • Supporting contract claims, dispute resolution and associated documentation across projects.
  • Providing advice on corporate governance and general legal matters within day-to-day operations.

The Legal Consultant will have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (or equivalent).
  • Experience in general corporate legal advisory with exposure to construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working with contracts, including drafting, review and negotiation.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management within project environments.
  • Ability to support dispute resolution processes and claims management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external parties.
