The Systems Integration Engineer will play a key role in the development of an advanced electric vehicle platform, coordinating the integration of mechanical, electrical, software and control systems throughout the product lifecycle.
Working across multiple engineering disciplines, you will help ensure vehicle systems integrate seamlessly from concept through to prototype, testing and production, supporting the successful delivery of complex engineering programmes.
The Systems Integration Engineer will
Coordinate the integration of vehicle hardware and software systems.
Develop integration, verification and validation plans using Systems Engineering and V-Model principles.
Support vehicle commissioning, troubleshooting and system verification activities.
Manage technical interfaces between engineering teams and suppliers.
Investigate integration issues and coordinate root cause analysis activities.
Ensure system requirements are captured, tracked and successfully verified throughout development.
The Systems Integration Engineer will have
A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Controls or Systems Engineering.
Experience integrating complex automotive, embedded or electromechanical systems.
Understanding of vehicle architectures, Systems Engineering and the V-Model.
Knowledge of CAN networks and vehicle diagnostics.
Experience with Simulink and systems-related engineering activities.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
