We are seeking a Technical Project Lead to spearhead technical delivery for eMobility and distributed energy projects in France. This is a pivotal role for market entry, where you will lead technical pre-sales, design coordination, and end-to-end project execution across EV charging, solar PV, battery storage, and MV/HV upgrades.

The Technical Project Lead will:

  • Lead tendering activities, including site assessments, technical proposals, and delivery programmes.
  • Coordinate design and engineering requirements, ensuring compliance and buildability.
  • Manage grid connection processes and liaise with DSOs and relevant authorities.
  • Oversee project delivery from mobilisation to handover, including HSE and quality assurance.
  • Define technical specifications for procurement and support commercial evaluations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, landlords, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The Technical Project Lead will have:

  • 5+ years in technical/project delivery within low-carbon infrastructure (EV charging, solar PV, battery storage, MV/HV up to 11/20 kV).
  • Electrical engineering background with recognised qualifications (e.g., DUT/BUT, BTS, Licence Pro, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure projects from bid to handover.
  • Strong tendering and technical proposal skills, including pricing and programme development.
  • Practical knowledge of design assurance, commissioning, and grid/DSO processes.
  • Competence with scheduling and collaboration tools (MS Project, SharePoint, CAD review tools).
