The Production Technician will support the build, testing and preparation of products within a workshop and manufacturing environment. This role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys working with engineering components, following defined processes and ensuring high-quality output.
The Production Technician will be responsible for:
- Supporting assembly and build activities in line with defined manufacturing processes
- Following work instructions and technical procedures to ensure consistent output
- Assisting with testing and inspection of components and finished products
- Maintaining high attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met
- Working within workshop environments and supporting general production activities
- Ensuring a clean, organised and safe working area in line with company standards
The Production Technician will have:
- An NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline (preferred, not essential)
- Experience in DFM builds, workshop environments or production activities
- The ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail with a clear focus on quality
- The ability to follow structured work instructions and processes
- A proactive and reliable approach, with the ability to work as part of a team
