The R&D Manager will:

• Manage lab trials, prototype development, and early product validation.
• Translate business goals into technical research workstreams.

The R&D Manager will have:

• Degree in Engineering or related science discipline; postgraduate preferred.
• Proven leadership managing applied R&D teams and programs.
• Hands-on experience in battery development, particularly aqueous chemistries.
• Strong knowledge of product development lifecycles from concept to production.
• Experience in regulated industries like Defence or Aerospa.
