We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead and continuously improve quality across the full product lifecycle, from supplier and incoming quality through manufacturing, assembly, vehicle build, and customer delivery. This is a hands‑on leadership role within a high‑performance engineering environment, balancing immediate issue resolution with long‑term quality strategy and system development.

The Quality Engineer will:

  • Lead all quality activities across manufacturing, assembly, vehicle build, and supply chain.
  • Own, develop, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (8D, FMEA, Ishikawa).
  • Act as escalation point for major quality concerns, ensuring fast and effective containment.
  • Oversee supplier quality including audits, performance monitoring, and development.
  • Define, track, and report key quality metrics, supporting continuous improvement across the business.

The Quality Engineer will have:

  • Proven experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role in motorsport or niche automotive.
  • Strong background across production quality, supplier quality, and inspection processes.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, engineering‑led or low‑volume, high‑complexity environments.
  • Ability to balance immediate issue resolution with long‑term system, process, and QMS development.
  • Deep understanding of quality tools, methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing quality teams.
