Job Opportunity: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

A Midlands-based battery cell research and manufacturing centre is currently recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team. The successful candidate will support production in this fast-moving manufacturing environment.

The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) will:

1. Lead and implement continuous improvements of equipment and processes.
2. Operate production equipment across specific process streams.
3. Respond promptly to breakdowns as part of a maintenance team covering designated process streams.
4. Plan and carry out TPM and PM maintenance activities.

The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) will have:

• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with robots and automation.
• Experience working in and leading teams.
• ONC/HNC/HND Level 3 qualification.
• Experience in maintenance within high-speed/precision environments.
• Ideally, completed an indentured apprenticeship in electrical, mechanical, or engineering disciplines.
