This role offers the opportunity for a Motorsport Engineering Graduate to work within a hands-on engineering environment, supporting the build, testing and development of advanced systems. Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will be involved in end-to-end activities across assembly, prototyping and production support. The Motorsport Engineering Graduate will be responsible for:
- Supporting precision assembly of complex electromechanical systems and prototypes
- Building components from engineering drawings, schematics and standard operating procedures
- Assisting with prototyping and iterative build activities within an R&D environment
- Identifying and resolving mechanical or electrical faults during build and testing
- Recording build data, test results and quality observations accurately
- Supporting communication with engineering teams to highlight defects and improvement opportunities
The Motorsport Engineering Graduate will have:
- Experience assembling electromechanical systems, prototypes or similar engineering products
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD data, wiring diagrams or SOPs
