Joining a growing manufacturing team, the Production Operative – MCU Assembly will support the assembly of high-performance electronic products used across advanced engineering sectors. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, consistency and a strong focus on quality while working with sensitive components in a controlled production environment.

The Production Operative – MCU Assembly will be responsible for:

  • Assembling mechanical and electrical components in line with work instructions, engineering specifications and production requirements
  • Operating assembly equipment and hand tools, including torque-controlled tools and presses
  • Carrying out in-process quality inspections, visual checks and testing activities
  • Completing production records, quality documentation and traceability requirements accurately
  • Identifying and managing non-conforming materials in accordance with established procedures
  • Supporting continuous improvement activities and maintaining high standards of workplace organisation through 5S principles

The Production Operative – MCU Assembly will have:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
