We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is pivotal in delivering comprehensive HR support across administration, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. The HR Generalist will:
- Act as the first point of contact for managers, employees, and HR team members, providing generalist HR advice and guidance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and generating reports as required.
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare employment offers, contract variations, and manage probation processes effectively.
- Consolidate payroll input data, liaise with benefit providers, and ensure timely updates for joiners, leavers, and salary changes.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including absence management and supporting investigations related to grievance and disciplinary cases.
The HR Generalist will have:
- Proven experience in an HR Generalist role with exposure to recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation, and GDPR compliance.
