We are currently supporting an innovative and growing engineering/manufacturing business in the search for a HR Advisor to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers and employees within a fast-paced operational environment. The role offers broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle and would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes, and supporting a positive working culture.
The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR activities including:
- Employee relations
- Recruitment and onboarding

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have previous experience within manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, or other fast-moving operational environments.
