We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead a small on-site manufacturing team producing high-performance components for demanding engineering customers. This hands-on role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and has a strong track record of delivering operational excellence.
The Operations Manager will:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a small operations team to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Oversee daily manufacturing activities including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Maintain and improve operational processes to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and consistently met.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify risks, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational performance.
The Operations Manager will have:
- Proven experience within manufacturing operations management (motorsport, automotive, or precision engineering preferred).
- Strong leadership experience managing small on-site teams.
