An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, experienced Electrical Engineer to join a fast-growing team delivering cutting-edge projects at the forefront of the UK\’s net zero energy transition. The role involves the safe and compliant delivery of combined Solar PV, EV Charge Point, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) technologies, including site survey, installation, commissioning, and O&M. The Electrical Engineer will: Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, clients, DNOs, and other key stakeholders to deliver projects safely and efficiently. Conduct detailed site surveys, interpret drawings, and design new electrical installations, including ENA and G99 applications. Manage operation and maintenance (O&M) regimes to ensure compliance with statutory and equipment maintenance requirements. Fault find and rectify electrical systems both remotely and on-site. Commission, test, and document electrical installations to meet regulations, specifications, and client requirements. Contribute to the ongoing technical design and development of Solar PV, EVCP, and BESS technologies. The Electrical Engineer will have: Minimum 10 years\’ experience in electrical engineering within commercial and industrial sectors. BS7671 18th Edition qualified, including Inspection & Testing. ECITB card and valid DBS clearance. Proven experience with Commercial Solar PV and EV Charge Points. Proficient in Office 365, Jira, and electrical design software such as AutoCAD or Trimble. Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
