Working closely with senior leaders and managers, the HR Business Partner will play a key role in driving organisational capability, supporting business growth and delivering people-focused initiatives across a technology-driven environment.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the business to ensure people strategies align with organisational objectives and future growth plans.

The HR Business Partner will

Build trusted relationships with leaders and managers, providing strategic and operational HR support.

Support talent acquisition, employee development, retention and organisational effectiveness initiatives.

Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management and talent development.

Drive employee engagement initiatives and supporting onboarding and offboarding activities.

Support succession planning, workforce planning and organisational development programmes.

Manage HR data, reporting and HRIS processes while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

The HR Business Partner will have

Experience partnering with senior leaders within complex organisational environments.

Experience delivering initiatives across talent management, performance, capability development and organisational change.

Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.

Experience supporting employee relations activities and people risk management.

Ability to provide guidance on legal and ethical HR matters.

Experience working within technology-led or engineering-focused environments.

CIPD membership and/or relevant HR professional experience.
