Our client, a producer of cutting-edge integrated electric motor and power electronics modules is currently looking to hire a Compliance Quality Officer. The successful candidate will ensure that the operations and quality systems meet all applicable ISO standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
The Compliance Quality Officer will:
- Manage structure of, and compliance with the organisation’s equipment calibration register.
- Coordinate external audits, including certification bodies and customer-led assessments, ensuring timely preparation and follow-through on findings.
- Own and maintain compliance documentation, including procedures, work instructions, control plans, and risk assessments.
- Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across departments to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions to teams on quality system requirements and compliance best practices.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) in response to audit results, non-conformances, and quality incidents.
The Compliance Quality Officer will have:
- 5+ years’ experience in a quality or compliance engineering role in automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing.
- Certified or trained internal auditor for ISO 9001 and IATF 16949; knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS9100, or ISO 27001 is a strong plus.
- Experience of auditing internal & external quality processes – IATF16949 & ISO 9001.
- Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, and risk-based thinking.
- Proficiency with MS Windows programmes: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
