The Cell Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting production capability, improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality output across manufacturing operations. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to process development, problem solving and continuous improvement activities.

The Cell Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Developing and improving manufacturing processes for pouch cell fabrication.
  • Supporting production activities to ensure efficiency, yield and quality targets are met.
  • Working with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing operations with project goals.
  • Identifying and resolving manufacturing challenges through hands-on problem solving.
  • Supporting the introduction of new processes, techniques and technologies.
  • Ensuring manufacturing activities comply with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

The Cell Manufacturing Engineer will have:

  • Hands-on experience in pouch cell battery manufacturing processes.
  • Experience setting up and running safe, high-efficiency production processes.
  • Strong understanding of battery manufacturing and production techniques.
  • Experience analysing and improving manufacturing processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills within a production or process environment.
