An exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer to support the development of next-generation battery pack solutions within an innovative engineering environment. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced engineers, contributing to the design, development and validation of advanced products while building your technical expertise across the full product development lifecycle.

The Mechanical Engineer will:

  • Support the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies for battery systems
  • Produce 3D CAD models, detailed drawings and engineering documentation
  • Assist with concept generation, design reviews and design-for-manufacture activities
  • Work closely with electrical, systems and manufacturing teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support prototype builds, testing activities and root-cause investigations
  • Contribute to engineering change management and continuous improvement initiatives

The Mechanical Engineer will have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Product Design or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and mechanical design principles
