Remuneration: £36,000 p/a OR £17 p/h. Plus annual performance bonus + gratuities

About Us: We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire & Lincolnshire. Job Role: As Senior Sous Chef, you'll help lead a busy fresh food kitchen, managing in the Head Chef's absence. You'll maintain high standards across service and functions, support team development, and ensure all food safety and company procedures are followed while delivering consistent, quality dishes. A strong desire to progress within the company is essential.
