Job Role

As Senior Sous Chef, you'll help lead a busy fresh food kitchen, managing in the Head Chef's absence. You'll maintain high standards across service and functions, support team development, and ensure all food safety and company procedures are followed while delivering consistent, quality dishes. A strong desire to progress within the company is essential.

About You

You must be a confident and considerate leader to nurture a happy and motivated team. A passion for food is a must, with a keen eye for detail and experience of working in a busy fresh food environment. We employ hard-working people who are enthusiastic about creating exceptional dining experiences.

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub.
