We are recruiting for an Assistant Hotel Manager to join the team at The Duke William Hotel.
Remuneration / Benefits

The Successful Assistant Hotel Manager Candidate:
- Must be a confident and considerate leader to nurture a happy and motivated team
- A passion for hospitality is a must, with a keen eye for detail and experience of working in a busy fresh food environment

Assistant Hotel Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the efficient management of the site
- Aiding the senior venue management and taking full responsibility in their absence
- Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to
- Ensuring the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness
- Managing profit margins and growing sales
- Motivating, coaching, and developing the team so they can further progress their careers
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub
- Computer literacy skills
