We are recruiting for an Assistant Hotel Manager to join the team at The Duke William Hotel.

Remuneration / Benefits

The Successful Assistant Hotel Manager Candidate:

  • Must be a confident and considerate leader to nurture a happy and motivated team
  • A passion for hospitality is a must, with a keen eye for detail and experience of working in a busy fresh food environment
  • We employ hard-working people who are enthusiastic about creating exceptional drinking & dining experiences

Assistant Hotel Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the efficient management of the site
  • Aiding the senior venue management and taking full responsibility in their absence
  • Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to
  • Ensuring the highest standards of service, quality & cleanliness
  • Managing profit margins and growing sales
  • Motivating, coaching, and developing the team so they can further progress their careers

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant, hotel, or pub
  • Computer literacy skills
