Cleaner Needed!
Ever Brite Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable cleaner based in Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire. This role keeps customer sites hygienic and welcoming and plays a central part in maintaining the quality and reputation of our cleaning service.
Purpose of the role
Provide routine and deep-cleaning tasks across client sites in line with agreed schedules and quality standards. Deliver a consistent, dependable service that meets health, safety and client expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and waste disposal.
- Clean and sanitise washrooms, kitchens and communal areas to required standards.
- Perform occasional deep-clean tasks (floors, windows, fixtures) as scheduled.
- Follow site-specific procedures, risk assessments and COSHH guidance where applicable.
- Report maintenance issues, stock needs or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Work to rota times, arriving prepared with the right equipment and maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.
Essential skills and experience
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial or facilities environment or demonstrable ability to perform cleaning tasks to a good standard.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage time to complete scheduled tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions and checklists.
- Basic communication skills in English sufficient to understand instructions and report issues.
- Legal right to work in the UK and ability to travel to client sites in Aston Clinton.
Desirable skills and experience
- Experience using cleaning equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Previous work in a facilities management or commercial cleaning setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Working pattern
- Monday to Friday. start time is 5.30pm
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday are for 2.5 hrs and Tuesdays and Thursdays are for 3 hrs.
