Cleaner Needed!
Ever Brite Cleaning Services is seeking a reliablecleaner based in Irlam, Greater Manchester. This role keeps premises welcoming, safe and well-presented for staff, visitors and customers — a vital contribution to day-to-day operations.
Hours: 2.5hrs per day
Days: Monday to Friday
Times: Morning 8am-10:30am or Afternoon2pm-4:30pm
Purpose of the role
To maintain cleanliness and hygiene across assigned sites in Irlam, delivering consistent, thorough cleaning that supports a professional environment and helps the business run smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and polishing.
- Clean and sanitise toilets, kitchens and communal areas to a high standard.
- Empty bins and manage basic waste separation in line with site practices.
- Replenish consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet rolls) as required.
- Report maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to site contact.
- Follow cleaning schedules and adhere to any site-specific procedures or access arrangements.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and store materials responsibly after use.
Essential skills and experience
- Practical experience of commercial or domestic cleaning duties.
- Ability to work reliably and independently to complete tasks within allocated time.
- Good attention to detail and a conscientious approach to hygiene standards.
- Basic communication skills in English to understand instructions and report issues.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
This position based in Sorby Road, Irlam, Greater Manchester, M44 5BA. Pay for the role is £13.00 to £13.00 per hour.
