Ever.Ag is seeking a driven and strategically minded Sales Account Executive to expand our presence across Europe within the manufacturing and data analytics sectors. This role will focus on driving growth for Ever.Ag's manufacturing execution solutions and AI- and machine learningâdriven analytics platforms that enable enterprise clients to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and unlock actionable insights across their production environments.
The successful candidate will combine strong consultative sales expertise with a deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, digital transformation, and dataâcentric decisionâmaking. They will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, particularly within the dairy and alcohol industries, building relationships with technical and business stakeholders to deliver measurable operational value.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new business development and revenue growth across European dairy manufacturing markets, focusing on manufacturing execution and intelligent analytics software.
- Develop an understanding of Ever.Ag's products and services and how the solutions address client's business needs.
- Conduct and lead sales presentations via web and inâperson that clearly articulate the value of each solution and service.
- Grow annual recurring revenue by achieving or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- Build relationships with new and targeted accounts; become a trusted advisor who can point to Company solutions when appropriate; become an expert in identifying challenges our prospective customers face.
- Collaborate with cross functional internal stakeholders and business leads to negotiate sales and close deals.
- Develop a pipeline of quality business opportunities.
- Identify potential crossâsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Create and implement longârange sales client strategies.
- Increase breadth and depth of enterprise accounts relationships.
- Develop and update strategic account plans.
- Conduct client executive review sessions.
- Forecast account revenue and pipeline opportunities.
- Partner with customer success team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage CRM solution for logging sales and account activities.
- Drive to and from customer or job sites, while safely operating a companyâprovided or personal vehicle and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations, including no handheld phone use while driving.
- Lead or participate in other assigned projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
- 4â6 years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in manufacturing technology, data analytics, or industrial digitalization solutions.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Understanding and ability to negotiate software and services contracts consistent with industry revenue recognition policies.
- English at high proficiency required and a secondary EU language preferred.
- This job requires 50% or more travel.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Suite, CRM systems, data analysis systems, and email applications.
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle safely and legally while complying with all applicable traffic laws and company policies, including the use of handsâfree communication devices.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
- Solid understanding of the field. Applies inâdepth knowledge to solve complex problems independently.
- Takes on more complex tasks and projects, often involving multifaceted problemâsolving. May lead small projects or teams.
- Collaborates effectively with crossâfunctional teams and clients. May mentor junior staff.
