Job Title: PCV Driver (Partybus & Limousine) Location: Swanscombe, DA10 Company: Eventus Travel Ltd Employment Type: 0hr contract (Primarily Weekends; Midweek during Peak Seasons) Vehicles Operated: Mercedes Benz 16-Seater Sprinter Party Bus Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused PCV Driver to join our team. Operating high-end partybus and limousine vehicles, you\'ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and enjoyable transport of our clients, primarily during weekends and during seasonal peaks such as sporting events, prom season, and Christmas. Key Responsibilities: Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations in a timely manner. Send a polite greeting message to the lead customer 1 hour prior to pickup, introducing yourself and confirming the ETA. Liaise directly with the customer in the event of any delays, keeping them updated professionally and promptly. Collect final payment balance (if applicable) and confirm all passengers are on board before departure. Set up the entertainment system and glassware before arriving at the customer’s location. Assist clients in connecting their mobile devices to the entertainment system and explain onboard features. Provide excellent customer service throughout the journey. Update the operator when: Clients have been picked up and balance collected Clients have been safely dropped off Upon return to the yard: Download tacho data to the main reader Clean and reset the vehicle for the next booking Return keys to the secure designated location Communicate with the operator regarding: Available tacho driving hours Any client requests for additional pickups/drop-offs or route changes (must be authorised by the operator) Requirements: Essential: Must have experience using Tachograph Valid D1 PCV licence Valid Driver CPC Digital Tachograph Card Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Punctual, professional, and customer-oriented High attention to cleanliness and vehicle presentation Desirable: Experience in luxury or private hire transport Familiarity with local and Greater London areas Additional Information: Uniform or branded attire may be required. Must be available for regular weekend shifts and flexible midweek availability during peak seasons. Full training will be provided on vehicle systems and service expectations
