We are a busy limousine and party bus operator based in Swanscombe, Kent, and we are looking for an experienced PSV mechanic to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be responsible for keeping our specialist fleet roadworthy, safe, and compliant — working in a fast-paced environment where quick turnarounds are essential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and safety inspections on our limousine and party bus fleet
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently
  • Responding to breakdowns and getting vehicles back on the road with minimal downtime
  • Preparing vehicles for MOT and DVSA compliance checks
  • Completing accurate job cards, maintenance records, and compliance documentation
  • Working to tight turnaround times to ensure fleet availability for upcoming bookings

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a PSV mechanic/technician — you must be able to hit the ground running
  • Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload under time pressure
  • Full UK driving licence (PCV licence desirable but not essential)
  • Good understanding of DVSA standards and compliance requirements
