Eventus Legal are seeking a Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join an award-winning law firm in Wirral. This permanent job is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied Private Client caseload and play a key role within a supportive and collaborative team.

In addition to a competitive salary in the region of £35,000 to £45,000, the firm offers a generous benefits package including hybrid working, an excellent bonus structure, Health Cash Plan, pension scheme, death in service, Employee Assistance Programme, referral bonus and ongoing training and development.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts and Probate matters
  • Advising clients on will drafting, probate, estate administration, tax planning and powers of attorney
  • Delivering high-quality and empathetic client care, building strong client relationships
  • Dealing directly with clients, their families, carers, and third parties
  • Supporting business development and networking to attract new clients
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA and internal firm policies and procedures
  • Contributing to effective risk management through accurate file management and regular risk assessment

Person Specification

The successful Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer will be a capable and well organised Private Client Lawyer who enjoys client interaction and working as part of a collaborative team. You will ideally demonstrate:

  • 1 + years PQE
  • Experience working towards chargeable hour targets
  • Sound technical knowledge across Wills, Trusts and Probate
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A team-focused approach with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent client care skills with the ability to show empathy and professionalism
