Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join the Employment Law team of a highly successful and expanding law firm based in Central London. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500‑ranked team handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters for trade unions, senior executives, and employers. This exciting Senior Employment Solicitor job offers the chance to join a thriving department that regularly acts in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal. As the incoming Senior Employment Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of Employment Law matters with full autonomy, as well as support junior members of the team in a mentoring and supervisory capacity. You will advise and represent clients in a full spectrum of matters including:

  • Unfair and wrongful dismissal, including automatic unfair dismissal
  • Constructive dismissal and redundancy
  • Breach of contract and unlawful deductions from wages
  • Discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, including failure to make reasonable adjustments
  • Equal pay and whistleblowing claims
  • TUPE and corporate advisory support
  • Flexible working and family‑friendly rights
  • Drafting of employment contracts, policies and employee handbooks
  • HR advisory and compliance support

You will also undertake legal research, draft legal documents, attend hearings, and carry out advocacy at Preliminary Hearings, Case Management Discussions and Judicial Mediation.
