About the Job
You will be joining a successful, Legal 500‑recognised Real Estate team that works across the local Lancashire market and nationally with high‑quality clients. Your day‑to‑day work will include:
- Handling a broad caseload of commercial lease work and sales/purchases of commercial premises
- Advising on secured lending matters and property finance arrangements
- Working with entrepreneurs, investors, landowners, and developers on transactional matters
- Supporting development sites, strategic land, and property investment portfolios
- Actively developing the firm’s local commercial presence and maintaining client relationships
- Working autonomously with support from the wider team, including junior lawyers and consultants
