Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful team based in Middlesborough. The successful candidate will be working with admin support and will join the team on a permanent basis.

Role responsibilities

The incoming Residential Conveyancer will be part of a team of Residential Conveyancing specialists, who all handle their own caseload of varied matters. You will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, from instruction to post-completion. There is very good administration support provided as part of this role.

Person specification

Applications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers who are qualified within a minimum of 3 PQE, no upper limit. Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers are all encouraged to apply, and the seniority of the role and the progression can be tailored to suit you. You will have experience across all areas of residential conveyancing and you will be able to manage a caseload without supervision. Client care skills are paramount as is a high amount of I.T capability.
