You will manage a varied caseload while developing strong client relationships within the agricultural sector. Your work will include a mix of transactional, advisory and client relationship responsibilities.
- Agricultural Property Transactions
- Advising on the sale and purchase of farms, agricultural land and rural property
- Handling rural property matters including unregistered land and complex titles
- Drafting and negotiating documentation relating to land rights, including easements and wayleaves
- Rural and Agricultural Advisory Work
- Advising farming clients on agricultural tenancies and licensing arrangements
- Supporting farming families with succession planning and long‐term land ownership structures
- Preparing and advising on farm partnership agreements and related rural business arrangements
- Client Relationships and Team Collaboration
- Building long‐term relationships with farming clients, land agents and rural professionals
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider property and private client teams
