The Eventus Recruitment Group are seeking a Residential Conveyancer/Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a highly reputable Legal 500 law firm in Congleton. This is a full‐time permanent job. Role Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Managing WIP, billing and cash collection
  • Participation in team meetings
  • Business development activities including marketing, networking, maintaining strong relationships with referrers and seeking referrals from existing clients

Person Specifications

Applications are welcome from Conveyancers, Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and fee‐earning Paralegals with a minimum of 2 years' experience overseeing a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters. To be considered for this job role you will be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
