Eventus Legal are seeking a Conveyancer to join a forward‑thinking, multi‑disciplinary law firm in Wigan, Greater Manchester. This is a permanent, full‑time job working within a friendly and supportive team. Role Responsibilities

The incoming Conveyancer will be joining a busy and respected team and will be managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions including:

  • Sales and Purchases
  • Re‑mortgages
  • Transfers of equity

Person specification

Applications are sought from Property Solicitors or Licensed Conveyancers who can independently manage a broad caseload of property transactions. Successful applicants will ideally have at least 2 years of experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
